I just renewed my license and went thro reactivation process (putting license no in appropriate box). I was expecting confirmation that the reactivation had been successful, but after clicking 'reactivate' there was no confirmation and the box disappeared. Can anyone tell me if this what should happen or should I get confirmation.
I rang help no given by avg (01522803298) but this seemed to go to a fax machine, or at least it was that sound.
