Let me help you to sort this out.
It seems that you had received the activation steps for the older version of AVG. Please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > Click Logout/ Remove license (If you have that option) > Select Login and Enter your Myaccount credentials > click OK to reactivate the program.
But I see that you have already have AVG Antivirus program valid until 2020.1.29 for 1 device. If you are using only one computer, you can get a refund for the recently charged AVG Internet Security license or merge this license with AVG Antivirus so your money will not wasted and the license validity will get extended.
Please let me know which option you would prefer.
i have received an email instruction to reactivate my avg.on clicking the support icon it does not show me a reactivation option.what next?
