We have been attempting to renew our AVG Antivirus for Business for the past two weeks and are having issues with both online renewal and over the phone renewal.
The online portal keeps give us the "internal processing error occurred, try again later" when we click "Buy & Pay Now". If/when we make it to the payment input screen, after entering our payment information, the next screen says processing payment then give use the "internal processing error occurred, try again later" error message (note: no error codes reported).
Trying to call into Customer Service is a whole nother issue. We have managed to contact two individuals in support roles, both of whom claim "it's out of my scope of support" and kick me to a 'business support line' which puts us on hold for twelve to fifteen minutes and then drops our call. We have tried calling: +1 855 744 5764 & +1 855 738 1284 support numbers with no success in reaching anyone who can help us process our payment for renewal.

Please be informed that this Community forum basically deals with 'home' version of AVG products. Furthermore the "Business products" area has now been removed from the 'Community topics' list @ the top LHS of this page. Finally please be informed that the support for "Business products" is not now available in this Community.
