I have tried replying to original email response, but get an error regarding identifying the email. I have already followed these instructions. That is why I asked the question.

Hoping someone out there can help me. I've just renewed my subscription for AVG unlimited. I've followed all the instructions I can see regarding activation but I still get the box saying 'Your subscription expires in 1 day!'
Any idea why I still get the expiry message?

I understand this must be upsetting. I will help you to fix it.
I suggest you to re-login into your AVG Dashboard with your AVG My Account Credentials.
Please follows the steps below to re-login:
1. Please click on your Email Address and then select Leave this Network
2. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into the account again.
3. Type your email address and the password, then click Log In.
