I made a payment by bank transfer to renew my account but i forgot to insert the payment reference number on it, i tried several ways to further solve the issue, like going into the tech support and explain my problem with provided printscreens of all the information but didnt get any response, i also called to one of their offices which they couldn't help me either, what else can i do to solve this issue?
