Sorry for the confusion, the instructions you received is an automated email for an old version. Yes, we see that you have renewed AVG Internet Security (1 computer) until 2020.
Open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> enter your license number. If you have your email address in subscription tab, please choose log out. Then you will have the option to enter license number.
I have had my license renewal from AVG which I have paid for. My current one doesn't expire
until the end of March. I have tried to follow the instructions from AVG which are to open 'about' on
my current desktop AVG and click about and enter license number but when I do this there isn't a section to enter my new license number. Is this because my current security has not yet expired?
