Our license server has a new feature - LUMP (License Usage Monitoring Platform). LUMP counts all activation attempts in the last 30 days. So, if the device is in unused state, the license count will be automatically reduced after 30 days. If you still have any clarification, pleas do let us know.
Hello, I have purchased an AVG ULTIMATE license. The license is activated on an older ntb, which physically cannot be started anymore and therefore AVG cannot be uninstalled. After logging into my account, the license is probably in use ( it is displayed on how many devices it is in use ). How can I remove a license since it is not actively used? Thank you for answer.
