Licenses of AVG Ultimate Security for two years

Hi,

I purchased 10 licenses of AVG Ultimate Security for two years, valid until December 27, 2027, through eBay. I received an activation code.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ and tried to activate AVG using the same code, but it says the activation code is invalid, even though the code works on my phone.

Also, why doesn’t this subscription appear in my AVG account on the AVG website?
