Licensing error

Hello Deanna. Does the error message exactly says "AVG couldn't recognize your license number"?

Hi All

I took the AVG full protection demo and after a few days, decided to buy the lisence. Until then, I had always used the free version of AVG.

I received a license to activate. Once the trial demo expired, I was promoted to activate the license. I do that and even have the license registered. But I still get an error on the application that there is a license error.

When I go to MyAccount, it says the license is activated and fine.

Any ideas what I shoud do?
