Limited internet access

Programname is "C:\Program Files\AVG\Antivirus\AVGUI.exe".The reason I suspect that the problem is with AVG is that it happened just after I got a message from AVG telling that they performed an update. Also I have had this problem before and I found out that AVG had added a property called 'AVG FirewallNDIS6 Helper' to the properties of my adapter. At that time I disabled this property and it went well for a while, but with my new adapter this doesn't work anymore. It is evident that AVG, while performing an update, is modifying things in the operating system of my computer which probably caused the blocking of my Internet access at startup. Disabling AVG won't help since the problem is not there but in the things that AVG probably corrupted while performing an update. I have disabled AVG antivirus but, as I expected, it didn't change anything.
