Link between avg products

Hello Deb,

I regret the inconvenience caused, we will help you with it. Anti-tracking is our new product and that's why you received this notifications.

You can turn off those notifications on your AVG settings. Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> Settings -> General -> Privacy -> Uncheck "Show offers for other AVG products & third party products". Hope, it helps.

I asked question yesterday about my avg not recognising my vpn, and I have had a reply from avg asking for screen shots. However, I have not been able to get avg to accept my replies on google chrome, and chat line is still unavailable despite using the link they sent to me. I have had another look at my avg, and now think my problem may actually be that It does know about my vpn,and is now offering me another item - anti-tracking, which is apparently something different. As I am a pensioner with MS, and exist on a very small pension I cannot afford anything further - so if you are reading this avg then I no longer need the vpn advice, and am afraid I will just have to continue leaving crumbs. As I don't do online banking, and only use pc for occasional emails to friends/family and occasional purchases with small limit credit card not from my bank, I think my trail is very small. If all else fails then it would be no great loss to give up PC altogether - as I am not of an age that grew up with internet and mobile phones (don't  have) and it would not be the end of my world!
However, I am still very disappointed at the continual changes requiring ever more money!
