I am trying to contact AVG as I keep getting messages popping up saying my contract is due to expire - except that when looking at my contract it expires at the end of September 2016. I totally agree with the above complaint. I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get through but 'all operators engaged etc' so have given up.
So the result of this crap of not endorsing your belief in your own products by never having email addresses that work nor 'live' interaction etc. is that AVG patently do not believe in their own products and when my year ends both here and in France where we also have cover from them we certainly shall not renew in either place.
We note that in the UK Which magazine recommend Kapersky as being the best and most price competitve security for your pc.

When I receive notification e-mails from AVG Community, the ones titled: "(AVG Technologies): New reply to your question", the link at the end of the message never works. I am talking about this:
"To see the entire conversation, click: https://support.avg.com/answers?id=9..." etc.
It won't link at all, and I have to copy and paste it into the browser. Tested on both my e-mail client and web-mail. Is it designed this way or is there something wrong? Please take a look, thanks.
