Hi Candy,
We appreciate the time you've taken and the opportunity to handle this for you.
To assist you better, Please provide us the error code and with the screenshot of the error message you received so that we could analyze the issue.
Thank you.

When I received your e-mail I replied with a copy of the screenshot and got an error message saying I was replying to a "No Reply" e-mail address.  Frustrated, I looked again at your website and THIS time I found a suggested answer to my problem, which  was to turn off Windows Installer via Task Manager.

Now when I open Task Manager I don't see "Windows Installer"  Have I DELETED it or will it be turned on again next time there's a Windows update?

The fix WORKED - and as I recall the problem surfaced right after the latest Windows updates were installed.  This sort of thing has happened before.  Thank you Microsoft.  Not.

I keep getting an error message saying "Update Failed."  I've followed all the procedures to correct this problem and nothing's working.  Any suggestions?
