Clean reinstall seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks
I have been having the same issue as many people. Have followed the suggested Repair instructions, but even after computer restart, the issue is not resolving itself. LinkScanner still says it needs updating, and when clicking on Fix Now it says updated, but nothing is happening to the LinkScanner area (still says issue). Is there a bigger issue here?
