It seems I am not the only person with this problem.  Fix button will not 'Fix' - repair does not work, reinstall does not work and continue to receive an 'installation failed' in red (have attemped to repair etc approximately 5 times and receive the same message!!!!!!).  Apparently my updates are current but internet security is not working/available.  Have rung support but put on hold.  If there is no change within a week, I will ask for a refund as I do not have the funds to just buy another security/antivirus at this time and I would like to have security on my computer that ACTUALLY works.
Why is this happening to so many users?    Can it be fixed or is it a hopeless case?  Thanks.
