LinkScanner updating

I have finally figured out how to take a screenshot of what I am getting. It hasn't happened in a while, but now it is back.  I am very discouraged by the lack of support regarding this product, and I am very seriously considering cancelling my AVG subscription, asking for a refund for the balance that is left, and buying another product.  You talked me into swapping the Tune Up product I purchased and was not satisfied with for tacking on Internet Security protection until 2019.  Now I wish I had not done that. 
I NEED SOME HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM!!!The screen I get when this error happens.

From the screenshot I see that you have installed older version of AVG Internet Security, the updates might not available for older version. In this case, I request you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG Internet Security 2017. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version. Please follow the instruction (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product ) to run AVG Remover tool and AVG Clear tool. After the computer reboots, please follow the instruction (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Internet-Security-or-Premium-Security) to download/install/activate AVG Internet Security.

When I started up AVG, I got a message that my LinkScanner database is outdated, and that my Web protection component needs updating.  I have clicked on every update button I can see, and it tells me that I am up to date.  But I still keep getting this message that my Web security is not fully protected.  I have no idea how to resolve this issue.  Any advice?
