Linn programma's werken niet meer

Maybe you don't know Linn? It delevers hifi components I use a network player called Akuarte DS a kind of cd player but it doesn't use cd's I use WAV of FLAC files stored on a Nas. To play music on the nas is running a programm called MinimServer that communicates between a Linn steering program called Kinsky or Kazoo.
When I use AVG Ultimate this communication is not possible anymore when I turn off AVG everything is working correct.
So I send e-mail to Linn what to do? see below:

So I excluded the Linn folders (I use AVG Ultimate in Dutch)User-added image

So when I want to play and select music I first need to turn off AVG internet security and then the Linn programms work correct.

Hopefully you can help me to fix this problem?

I'm sorry to hear about this. I request you to disable AVG component (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components) one by one and check which component is blocking your Linn programs. If possible please share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further. Please check if AVG firewall is configured with below recommended settings or not.

Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Network Profile and change it to Private.

Open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Policies->System Rules and set all rules to "Enabled".

Make sure the above settings are applied and let us know if the issue persist.
