I paid $58.49 An after going to hell and back I finnally got AVG I.got nternet Securitu reactivated. Thank you for your help.

I understand your concern on this AVG subscription. I see from your record that you have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security valid till 1/23/2019. Please open AVG AntiVirus free installed on your computer and click on "My AVG->My Subscription". From here you can see either your email address or an option to "Enter license number". Please enter your license number and check if you are able to activate AVG Internet Security in your computer. Please do not worry, you will not be charged by AVG again and you do not have to pay anything.

I have a License for Internet Security that is good until !/ 23/ 2018. Ih ad a problem with the program and called support. The Technician told me he would have to remote into my PC to solve the problem. I ask if there would be any charge. He said $90.00. I told him I was on a limited  income and could not afford the service. He came in, without my permission, and showed me the what he thought was the problem.but did not fix (it m y Grand son solved the problem . Last week someone from AVG called me and said  I owed $90.00 I told them I could not pay. when I logged on the next morning I had AvG Free program. Can anyone straighten this mess out?
