We're glad to clarify this for you.
We're afraid as we do not have an option to manage devices remotely. 
You may need to check the devices manually to know the subscription status. If the computer/device is inaccessible, then the license on it would be deactivated automatically after a certain time & you'll still be able to use the maximum seat counts accordingly (10 devices).

how do I remove old devices I now long own from my subscription?
