How do I chose which programs should be kept on under "Live Optimization"?

To achieve this, open AVG PC TuneUp interface.
Click on "All Functions–>Configure Live Optimization–>Specify Exceptions".
You will get a window opened which will look like the one shown in below image:
From the list, you can simply select the programs and move it to the right where it says "Do not reduce load".
