Hello Jerry. If there is a redirection to another website then this should be caused due to the adware programs installed on your PC without your knowledge. These programs aren't threats they are annoying programs which gives popups and redirects to some websites. These programs are to be deleted manually. I would recommend you to start with uninstalling of all unknown/unused programs and browser addons. If the issue persists please reset your Internet Explorer browser by following the instructions mentioned below:
1) Close all Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.
2) Reopen Internet Explorer.
3) Click the Tools button, and then click Internet options.
4) Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset. …

I am using Internet Explorer, current version, with AVG protection. AVG has not recognized "Liveadoptimizer" on my computer and now I can not open websites unless the new virus tries to take me to another website. Help would be appriciated.
