Alan, or anyone,
I downloaded the Pro free trial by mistake, now cannot activate my paid subsuscription. What do I do?

I cannot load/activate the Internet Security program I paid $54.99 for. I have installed Zen, the video tutorial assumes I have succesfully down loaded the program. 
All I get is AVG Free, "your PRO trial is over, buyPRO now". Is AVG Free all I get for $54.99?
A computer idiot who needs help!!

Alan,
I bought this laptop, went to AVG, downloaded Zen, decided to try the 30 day Pro trial. I didn't know there would be a conflict between ZEN, Pro, Internet Security, so on 3 Jan 2015 I bought the Internet Security for 54.99, and have not been able to load and activate. I tried the route of "follow this path if you already have AVG Zen loaded and you have tried a 30 day trial", and the other path for non 30 day trial. No luck.
