Loading antitrack

Hi Ronald,

In light of the current circumstances concerning Covid-19 outbreak, there was a delay. Hope you're well.  
We're glad to look into this & help you. Please let us know the operating system of your computer in which you're experiencing this issue.
It seems that we may need to perform a clean installation.

I purchased AVG Antitrack and after the download completed I attempted to load the program but it failed almost immediately with the following message:

Error opening file for writing

C:\program Files (x86)AVG
Software\AntiTrack\AVGAntiTrack.exe

I have tried it multiple times with multiple downloaded files and I am at a loss to know what to do to solve the problem.

Any help?
