Since installing AVG Ultimate banks, etc, have had trouble getting their 2-Step Verification call through to me. Is AVG blocking these? If so, what do I do?

1. When I tried to respond I got the following message :
“ The reply address (noreply@help.avg.com) does not appear to be a monitored address. Messages to this address will likely not be read by anyone.”

Not an insurmountable problem – but not something a novice wants to see when he is already struggling with a problem.
2. Thank you for your reply to my question. My AVG Ultimate ( and all the programmes that constitute AVG Ultimate) is installed on a Windows laptop. I am using a new Vivo 75 android phone. The possible blocking that is bothering me happens when an organisation sends me a message that it has sent me an OTP to my e-mail address and nothing arrives, even after two or three ‘ Resend the OTP’ requests..
