Sorry for the trouble. It is necessary to uninstall AVG Ultimate old version to reinstall latest version. I'm trying to load 2018 Internet protection over 2016 ultimate it says I already have Internet protection but won' let me renew. It gives me two or three options none of which appear correct. What to do? Help!
