Please when I open AVG this is what happens : loading… this shouldn't take long Exit.

We're glad to help you with this. Sometimes, this might happen if few services are unable to initiate.
In this regard, you can try repairing the AVG program once & restart your computer to check.
Also, let us know if you're using AVG Free Antivirus. Reason being, we're unable to find any subscriptions under your account.
