I bought Ultimate back on 28 Nov 2016 but have not been able to load it or run it. I notice on the instructions that I must 'first verify my e-mail address by clicking on the e-mail I received after creating my account.' I can find no copy of this e-mail. Is it possible to have it re-sent, please.

We understand that you need to activate your AVG MyAccount and have not received the activation email. Please do not worry, we have checked your account and your AVG MyAccount is already activated. We have emailed you a link to reset your AVG MyAccount password. Please reset the same and after which you will be able to access your account and download the AVG program purchased.
