Hi David,

I will help you installing the AVG program.

Please uninstall AVG Secure VPN and delete Secure VPN file from C drive manually.

Then, try reinstalling AVG program and check if you are able to install.

I am getting an error code 
C:\Program files (x86)\AVG\Secure VPN\CRT\installer.exe

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
Delete File failef; code 5.
Access is denied.
