Local NAS mapped drives and network printer not accessible unless AVG is disabled

Hi Paul,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Initially, please clarify whether AVG Internet Security needs to be disabled, in order to access the network printer & drive.
If not, please let us know the exact AVG program's name.

I have this issue with AVG on all my Windows 11 machines.  Local NAS mapped drives and network printer not accessible unless AVG is disabled.  How do I change settings to fix?

Yes - Disable just firewall helps

Thank you for clarifying, Paul.
Please disable AVG Firewall alone to check if it helps. (Open AVG Internet Security - Menu- Basic protection - Enhanced firewall - click on toggle bar).

Hello Paul,
Thank you for replying and confirming.
I apologize for the trouble caused.
Please follow the below instructions and check if that helps.
Please open AVG Internet Security - Menu- Basic protection - Enhanced firewall
Select the Networks tab. Click Show settings next to the relevant printer network, then choose one of the following options: I trust this network: The recommended option for a private network. When you select this option, the network is marked as a Trusted network.
