Locate Mobile not working

Hi,

I have recently install Avg Antitheft in my Micromax A69.

Now issue is that I am not able to locate my mobile from https://www.avgmobilation.com. But other functions like ringing, locking etc are working properly. Once I am trying to locate, I am getting the following message.

'Please check whether Device Locator check box is enabled under Anti Theft setting'. But I am not able to get any such option.

Also note that I have turned on all options under Device> Settings> Location option.

Pls help me on how to locate my phone.
