Locate not working

Michael, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Hi,
I have AVG antivirus and Zen on my own smartphone. I have installed AVG antivirus on my daughter and wife's phones and registered them both on my Zen network. When going into avgmobilation to test the locate function, my own phone is located but my wife and daughter's are not, I have enabled locate on both phones, am I missing something obvious?
