Hi AVG support team,
my AVG protection expired on 1 Apr 2020. i encountered "Location is not available" problem when AVG prompted me to restart my PC. my PC cannot boot up normally with the following error message:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or Internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted.

This seems to be an issue with Windows settings and shouldn't be caused by AVG program.
We suggest you to contact Microsoft support regarding this query.
