We are here to help you. May I know if your AVG Internet Security user interface is password protected? If possible, please share a screenshot of the page which is asking a password to proceed further.

I placed an extra password on my settings so no one else could change them. I can't remeber the password now to change my settings. Is there anyway to have this removed or reset?
