Locked out after "free trial"

A while ago I purchased a copy of AVG Ultimate with a 2 year subscription that expires this December. Recently, a banner appeared at the bottom of my AVG Tuneup window saying I had a free trial. I never clicked on anything, but it didn't appear to be hurting anything. Now any time I try to use the program, it tells me my trial has expired and I have been locked out. Is there something that can be done?
