Locked out by anti theft on mobile

One way you can do is reinsert your old sim and then uninstall AVG from your phone. Insert you new sim and install AVG once again from play store. Alternatively follow the steps as mentioned below:
Visit AVG mobilation website: AVG Account
Login with the Google account which you registered with Anti-theft service. Please select the proper device from the select device drop down menu. You would see the "lock" tab.
Kindly click on it and type in your new lock password and click "Next". You should get this prompt "Device lock command is successful", indicating that the lock command was successful and the phone is locked. Now you may try to unlock the phone with the updated password.

Alternatively simply click on UNLOCK tab on AVG antitheft portal.

Note: This procedure will work only if your device have an active cellular data/Wi-Fi connection. If your device is not accessing any internet service/switched off these features will not work.
