We would like to know whether your mobile phone is locked and whether it is requesting you to enter the PIN?
Will you be able to use another mobile device, take a picture of the locked phone where it is requesting a PIN and send the image?

I forgot the password for avg app, could not delete. Have no access to my phone. What to do? sent email to Avg Tech Support. Don't know when to expect reply. No acces to Chat about this. Can anyone help?
