For AVG Anti-Theft features to be working, the following conditions are mandatory:

1. Active data connection on your device.
2. Your device should be turned ON and it should not be formatted.
3. Device should be displayed under Anti-theft website.

Follow the steps below to reset PIN online :

1. Visit my.avg.com
2. Login with AVG MyAccount credentials.
3. You can find device listed.
4. Select device and tap on Settings
5. Tap on Anti-Theft Tab.
6. Enter PIN confirm PIN again.
7. Tap on save to change PIN number for your device.

Once the PIN is reset, you can enter the same on your device and unlock it.

Hi. I have avg on my Sony experia xa1. I swapped sim cards and have been locked out of my phone for months now. It says this phone is locked by avg and I should enter a 4 digit password to unlock it. I don't even remember this password and can't reset it. Please help. When I log into avg, it says I have no registered devices. So, I'm stuck.
