We are sorry to hear that. If you have installed AVG AntiVirus on your phone you might have enabled Anti-Theft service. If you change the SIM card the device will be locked automatically. To unlock the device, you need to use your Anti-Theft password.
If you have forgotten Anti-Theft password then please follow these steps on the article http://avgread.me/1WvQqze . Do not remove your device from the Remote Management at avgmobilation, Removing the device will keep it locked. Also device must be connected to a known network Use your AVG MyAccount or Google Account.
