Otherwise, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Does anyone know how to get access (if it is even possible) to a phone (Samsung Galaxy 4s) that is locked with AVG anti theft? Apparently I had installed it on my phone about 1-1/2 years ago, and got locked out this weekend when I tried to switch sim cards with my daughter. I have no idea what the unlock password is, and it doesn't appear that I have an online AVG account, except for the one I opened today on my tablet. When turning it on I can't even do a factory reset on it before it locks.
