I changed the sim in my phone as I have changed network.  I couldnt remember the password for my AVG Antivirus/Antitheft so I am now locked out of my phone.  I tried to unlock it remotely but it does not work. Is there any other way to reset the password?

avg please help me, i have followed your links. locked and unlocked my phone from the anti theft web site. recieved an email ref_00b0z3Sf._500b0WZ8Gi:ref and my phone still tells me incorrect pass word. the fact i cannot speak to someone isn't helping. please help me unlock my phone
