Otherwise, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

When I change my SIM card of my G1 mobile which was protected by AVG, my phone became locked and I am asked to write the pass word. Even though, when I wrote the pass word, it didn't unlock it; Would you give my any support to reuse my phone once again based on my profile I have with you?
