I have exactly the same situation like Angela! All mentioned ways on the support page are not possible and I also quite sure I have never set up the anti theft function by my self. The fone is not reachable from the support site by sending any commands. I'm totaly lost,. please help me!

I replaced my SIM and AVG has locked my phone. There is a screen that says "This phone is safely locked by Antivirus application" and if I then select the unlock button it shows a PIN pad. I'm not aware that I've set up a PIN for my AVG and the one I would have used if I had does not work. I can eventually get the siren and voice saying "This phone has been lost or stolen…" by replacing the old SIM but I cannot get past the PIN screen and therefore cannot access any other function on the phone. There is no option for forgotten PIN. When I log into my AVG account it says that anti-theft is currently disabled on this device" and I cannot access the phone from there e.g. to change the PIN.
How do I get back into my phone which is currently useless?
