Please follow the instructions provided below to view the history of the scans made by the AVG program.
1. Open the AVG program.
2. Click on the advanced settings, and select History.
3. Choose "Scan Results"
You could find the details of the virus scan made by the AVG program.

Hello Ιωάννα,
Please follow the instructions provided below to create the log files from the AVG program.
1. Open your AVG program.
2. Click on the "Scan Now'.
3. Once after the completion of the scan you could find two tabs (Summary and Details).
4. Please click on the Details Tab.
5. You could find "Export Overview to File" option.
6. Once you clicked on the option the log files will be created and you could share those files to the bank authorities.

HI and thanks for your reply
some days ago i lost some passwords - probably someone  hack/crack my pc- and with them
my bank passwords
the bank ask me to provide them with some infos
 here is their request

Please note that we do not accept screenshots. If you require assistance in obtaining the scan logs, please consult your anti-virus service provider. If you do not have an anti-virus software installed on your computer, please advise accordingly.
