From AVG Cleaner, I cannot log into AVG MyAccount to connect with the Zen network. My email address and password are accepted by avg.com, but not by AVG Cleaner. Please help.

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

This is a link to Android support, but I am using MacOS. I'm sorry if I didn't make that clear. Nevertheless I used the link and, after re-entering my problem, it brought me back here. I hope I won't be going round in circles!

I would like to confirm that AVG Zen (management console) has been discontinued and no longer supported.
I would request you to uninstall it from your device.
