Log-in not picking up newly registered software on Zen

Thank you for your prompt response. If I open zen from the desktop there is no connect icon as shown in your picture, instead there is my email address. Clicking on that takes me to a login screen, user email and password shows that the new product is registered however it does not change the expiry date for internet security unlimited. I have already removed AVG 2015 from the machine as it was blocking the install. The time expenditure on this for several machines is becoming a pain.
I would appreciate your further assistance

We are sorry to know that. When you click on your email address, you can see an option to "Sign out from  your account". Please sign out and sign in back and that should fix your issue.
