Thank you for your prompt response. If I open zen from the desktop there is no connect icon as shown in your picture, instead there is my email address. Clicking on that takes me to a login screen, user email and password shows that the new product is registered however it does not change the expiry date for internet security unlimited. I have already removed AVG 2015 from the machine as it was blocking the install. The time expenditure on this for several machines is becoming a pain.
I would appreciate your further assistance

AVG IS is due for renewal. Purchased new AVG IS Unlimited and registered. Software still shows old expiry date yet logging in from AVG Zen shows new date. Cannot get any machine to show new date but all connected through Zen
