Thanks for the reply . i recieved the reset password, but when i try to reset it is still not letting me down load the AVG i have purchased. order number 701-4243466,  I have called your help desk Guru on 22/8/16 and they could not help me , I call product specialist 25/8/16 and they could not help me. I was told I would receive email with further instruction last weds 25th Aug, and that has not happened. I am getting frustrated to say the least. If this is not resolved by Monday 29th Aug I would like my money back as I will be prurchasing anoth security for my laptops and phones,

I have a free AVG pro trail set up on the computer and wanted to buy this, so I have just purchased the AVG pro on line and to down load I am being asked for password. I have forgot the password, so when I try to reset it, it is not letting me. What am I doing wrong?
