I spent over an hour on the phone with Microsoft trying to get my Office2013 to work, they went into my computer and said it had multiple problems and they could have a tech. look at it and fix it for x*x dollars today! I purchase programs and put them on my machine only to find out when problems come up, they want big money to fix their programs or products. When you try to explain that your pockets are empty and you can't afford to pay attention much less pay for their services they quickly say bye!!!
they claim i have several virus's and lots of junk files. I thought when i bougth a AntiVirus Program and ran it was supposed to fix problem. I "ReFreshed " my computer in May and started over, Toshiba said that would fix my problems to! Computer would be like new! Help Me Please!!!
