We will check and help you with it. I couldn't locate any active subscription under this account. Have you subscribed to AVG using alternate email address?

when I scan, I'm told that I need to subscribe, but I am subscribed, and the AVG tab says I'm logged in, but when I go to manage my account, it asks for my log in, which it says isn't right, so will send new password email, but it never comes. Sheese.
