Hello David,

May I ask the exact error that you get while logging into AVG Antivirus app installed on Mac?
Could you share the screenshot of the error message window?

I can log into my AVG on my MacBook Pro and onto the web with my Keychain saved details however my iMac will not log into AVG Antivirus, AVG Cleaner  but AVG VPN is logged in. Trying to enter the details manually on every system works other than my iMac.
Can anyone offer advise?
