Logging in does not unlock pro features

I see that you have purchased AVG Ultimate for all devices but not the specific one for Xperia device (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.s.antivirus).

Open AVG Anti-virus app.
Tap on drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.

Hi All,
I have an ultimate account but when I log in on the android app it does not unlock the pro features. I have A sony experia and have the specific avg experia "pro" app.
Any thoughts on how to get the full features which are paid for?
